The Husamiyah School, a community School in the Saddar area of Karachi, was returned to the Dawoodi Bohra Community after denationalisation by the Government in 1989.

In 2003 the School was moved to its current premises in the Taheri Masjid complex, chosen primarily for ease of access for residents of this densely populated part of the city. Comprehensive infrastructure renovation and refurbishment was undertaken and completed in three stages. Today, Husamiyah School is a progressive English Medium school that offers a high standard of academic and Deeni education to students.

The School offers 13 years of education, from Pre Primary to Secondary School Certificate level, as per AKU Board of Secondary Education requirements.
